  • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing any product from Lucky Packaging, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Ordering and Payment: Orders can be placed through our whatsapp, email, or over the phone. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of ordering.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We will make every effort to ship orders promptly and will be delivered within 4-5 business days in Delhi NCR and 5-6 business days outside Delhi. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Returns and Refunds: We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Warranty: Barcode printers come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Barcode labels are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you believe your items are defective, please contact us for a resolution.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Lucky Packaging be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products.
  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to Lucky Packaging or its licensors.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.
  • Modification of Terms: Lucky Packaging reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and Lucky Packaging regarding the sale of barcode labels and printers, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
  • Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up-to-date.
  • By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard ground shipping, PAN and expedited shipping. Shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout for each available shipping option. 
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment online through the carrier’s website.
  • Shipping Damage or Loss: We take great care to package and protect our products for shipment. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
  • International Shipping: We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. For international orders please contact on the whatsapp.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of ordering. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing of shipments.
  •  Delivery Acceptance: Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery upon arrival. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notification with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.

Returns and exchanges 

  •  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
  •  Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  •  Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  •  Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within 5-7 business days once the return is received and inspected.
  •  Returns of opened or used barcode labels or printers may be subject to additional inspection and restocking fees.
  •  Exchange requests will be honoured based on product availability.
  •  Warranty claims for defective items should be addressed through our warranty process.
  •  We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Process for Returns

  • We’ll guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth return experience.
  • Kindly make a full video of the below steps.
  • Clean, well-lit room with a table and a neatly packed box labeled with our company logo

  • Carefully open the box using a box cutter or scissors, taking care not to damage the contents inside
  • Inside, you’ll find the product securely wrapped in protective packaging, along with any accessories or manuals.
  • Take each item out of the packaging and inspect them closely for any signs of damage or defects.
  • Check for any scratches, dents, or malfunctioning parts. Ensure that all accessories are included and in good condition.
  • Once you’ve completed the inspection, carefully repack the items in the original packaging, making sure they are securely nestled to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Seal the box securely with packing tape, and make sure to include a copy of your return authorization or purchase receipt inside.
  • Final shot of the sealed box on the table
  • And there you have it! Your return is now ready to be shipped back to us.
  • For the refund, Please allow 7-10 days business days to reflect refund in your account.
